Why is there a Dress Code?
Students are asked to adhere to the following dress code just as they would for any organized sport. Dressing appropriately for dance class allows instructors to view the body line for proper correction, and ensures that students are able to safely participate in class. You would wear a bathing suit to swim lessons, shin guards to soccer, a helmet to hockey and so, a bodysuit and tights to dance class!
Students must have their hair secured off their face for all classes. Hair Buns are highly encourage for ballet and jazz to promote proper turns.
No gum, or outdoor shoes are permitted inside the dance studio.
